Areas of application

• Cleaning 2-component PU systems such as spray guns and spray heads
• Cleaning (2-component) adhesive mixers, paint pumps and spray guns
• Can also be used as an ultrasonic cleaner in ultrasonic cleaning systems for severely contaminated parts
• Cleaning tools contaminated with inks, paints, resins etc.
• Cleaning dirty floors and machines
• Removal of resins/plastics such as polyamides, polyimides, polyesters, polystyrene, polyurethane, etc.
• The removal of tar and bituminous contaminants

Solution areas

• Removal of hardened 2-component resins, adhesives, sealants, paint residues etc. often requires the use of highly damaging solvents (such as methylene chloride, NMP or NEP).
• Damaging and aggressive solvents with a low flash point and/or high vapour pressure are also often used to clean inks.
• Rapid evaporation of these solvents causes a harmful working environment due to high concentrations in the air, and can consequently contribute to Organo Psycho Syndrome (OPS) or ‘painters disease’, i.e. damage to the brain through inhalation of harmful solvents.
• Severe industrial contamination such as tar and bitumen is often removed with aromatic solvents, which are carcinogenic.
• Contaminated machines and objects present an exceptionally uncared-for image.
• Contaminants can damage materials and bring business processes to a standstill.
• Cleaning maintenance is normally highly labour-intensive and, therefore, costly.
