Product description

MultiNext 600 is a safe, powerful cleaner for removal of various contaminants such as: (2-component) adhesives, sealants, resins (PU, epoxies, polyurea), coatings/paints and ink residues. It can also be used to soften or dissolve certain plastics and waxes. 

Sustainable solution

Following intensive research, Eco-Point has succeeded in developing a convenient biodegradable product that rapidly and efficiently removes all types of contamination. The use of MultiNext 600 results in cleaner, safer and more pleasant working processes and is the safe alternative for products based on methylene chloride, N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) or N-Ethylpyrrolidone (NEP).

Solution areas

  • Removal of hardened 2-component resins, adhesives, sealants, paint residues etc. often requires the use of highly damaging solvents (such as methylene chloride, NMP or NEP).
  • Damaging and aggressive solvents with a low flash point and/or high vapour pressure are also often used to clean inks.
  • Rapid evaporation of these solvents causes a harmful working environment due to high concentrations in the air, and can consequently contribute to Organo Psycho Syndrome (OPS) or ‘painters disease’, i.e. damage to the brain through inhalation of harmful solvents.
  • Severe industrial contamination such as tar and bitumen is often removed with aromatic solvents, which are carcinogenic.
  • Contaminated machines and objects present an exceptionally uncared-for image.
  • Contaminants can damage materials and bring business processes to a standstill.
  • Cleaning maintenance is normally highly labour-intensive and, therefore, costly.
